A front desk residents can count on.
Log a package in seconds, text the resident, and hand it to the right person. Plus a resident portal and building feeds, on the same site as your notices.

How the mail room works
Step 1
Scan it in
The front desk scans the label with a phone, tablet or USB scanner. Commons Kit recognises UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and Amazon tracking numbers, and finds the unit as you type a name or number.
Step 2
Residents hear right away
Everyone on the unit who asked to be told gets an email or a text with a pickup code. Reminders go out if a package sits too long; quiet hours and STOP replies are respected.
Step 3
Hand it over with a record
Scan the package or the resident’s pickup code, see everything waiting for the unit, check who is allowed to collect, and capture a signature or photo.
Step 4
Know what is on the shelf
An on-the-shelf list by age and location, end-of-day and shift reports, return-to-sender reminders and a CSV export. Every intake, move and pickup is in the audit log.
