Start small, add what you need
Each plan is a base: features, page views, storage and seats sized for the organizations it is built for. Add modules and messaging to any plan, or choose a bigger plan that already bundles them. You can change either at any time.
- Allowances grow with your plan
- Page views, storage and seats are generous on every plan and are not sold separately. If your site outgrows them, move to the next plan up; going over never takes your site offline.
- Add-ons for modules and messaging
- Add payments, resident accounts, the mail room, single sign-on, more custom domains, or more email and text messages, monthly. Remove them whenever you like.
- When a bigger plan is the better deal
- Small group with online payments and an SMS bundle is $540 a month. Sports team is $539 and includes both; League & club adds your own domain and spreadsheet sync for several teams.

Monthly prices. On yearly billing an add-on also costs 10.5 months. A plan that already includes a module does not offer it as an add-on.

Pricing questions
How long is the free trial?
14 days on every plan, with no card needed. You can use your plan's features during the trial; text messages, automatic translation and bulk email are limited until you subscribe.
Which plan is right for us?
Pick the plan named for what you are and your size: members for clubs, units for residences, population for governments, schools for education, and the race for campaigns. The Find your plan questions at the top of this page recommend one. If you outgrow it, each plan has a next step up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to another plan for your kind of organization, or up to the next one, at any time. Changes take effect right away, and we prorate any difference.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. A year costs 10.5 months, so you get a month and a half free, on your plan and your add-ons. You can choose monthly or annual billing when you subscribe, and switch later. Campaign plans are monthly only, so you can pause after the election; Party & PAC can pay yearly.
Should we pick a bigger plan or add add-ons?
Either works. Start on the plan whose allowances fit, then add only the modules you need. Once your add-ons cost about as much as the next plan up, the bigger plan is usually the better deal, since it also raises your page views, storage and seats.
Is automatic translation included?
Yes, on every plan. Pages are translated when you publish or edit them, and the translation is kept, so unchanged text is never translated twice. Each plan has a generous fair-use limit; if you reach it, new translations wait until the next month.
What happens after my trial ends?
We remind you before your trial ends. If you have not added a payment method, your account is paused and your content is kept.
Is accessibility included on every plan?
Yes. Templates designed for WCAG 2.2 AA, the accessibility widget and the language switcher are part of every plan.
What counts as a page view?
One page of your public site opened in a browser. Search-engine bots, link previews, prefetches, images and files are not counted. Counts reset on the 1st of each month.
What happens if we go over our page views?
Nothing is switched off. We email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance. Only if a site reaches twice its allowance is it slowed, so a few visitors a minute may see a short "busy" page. Moving up a plan restores full speed within a minute.
How do online payment fees work?
Residents pay by card through Stripe. The card processing fee for each payment is passed on at cost and comes out of that payment; we add no percentage of our own.
What if we want to leave?
There is no long-term contract, so you can cancel at the end of your billing period. Your content stays yours.
